Went to the Orioles game on Sunday with Katie and my Mom as a mother’s day gift. The Rockies beat us 1 to 6 and it was a pretty poor showing by the O’s. There was a Cal Ripken Jr 1983 World Series bobble-head give-a-way which was cool…it now sits on my desk. A random fan said on the way out, “At least your got your bobbly-heads, people.”

We took a different route than normal and ended up driving on route 40 through Baltimore… I think liquor stores and wig shops outnumbered residents 2 to 1. Do Baltimore residents wear an extraordinary number of wigs or something?
