PokerJobber is up and open for business. I’ll be posting allthings poker related there as to not bore my thousands of regular b-log readers. I haven’t installed mambo just yet – just using WordPress for now so I could get everything up and going for now until I’m more inspired to get all the mambo jobbers customized to my every whim.

The site is pretty green right now – I downloaded a theme and customized it a tiny bit. I plan on changing the logo so all ideas are welcome…it’ll probably be less green.

me: jokingly …well I guess I won’t be paying with credit then.
t.b.: silence
me: I’ll pay with cash

me: confused umm… yeah

Friday I went to the Wizards vs Spurs game at the MCI Center in Chinatown. Accompanying me were Kate, Stan, Cassie, and Janelle. We had our traditional pre-game meal at five guys a couple blocks from the arena. This is an ongoing tradtition – the Wiz have won every game I’ve gone to when I have eaten at five guys before a game (even if it has only been 2 times).

It was a very good game, within 5 points until 4th quarter when the Wiz pulled away to win 110-95. Gilbert Arenas had 43 points…that’s just nuts. That included a 1-handed double teamed 3-pointer buzzer beater at the end of the 3rd qurater.

In other sports news the Redskins let me down losing late in the 4th quarter. They were pretty much guaranteed overtime until special teams had 2 offsides plays during an extra point kick. This put Tampa Bay just a couple yards away so they decided to go for 2 points and the win…which they got. Come on Skins… I’d rather you lose by 40 points than by the way you did today.
